Is anyone else having trouble with exports failing this morning?

I'm trying to export just under 8K contacts using one of my segments, but I'm getting a weird error. The export shows up as red with the triangle warning symbol. I sent a message to support, but I see they are closed today. Are any of you also having trouble with exports?

Hi Amy! Happy New Year! Our normal support hours resume again on Wednesday morning, but I happened to see your note and thought I could hop in and give you and our Community friends a quick answer!

Often times, large segments will have trouble exporting because the segment is running and processing the export simultaneously. We recommend converting the segment into a group, and then exporting the group. This will run the segment and then export in 2 steps, which makes a smoother process.

To do this, open the segment and click on the "Actions" button in the upper left. Choose "Add All to Group" and create a group accordingly. (Please note that if you want to export error and opt out contacts, you'll have to toggle to each of those and repeat the "Add All to Group" step.) Proceed with the export of the group, and you should not see an error.

Thanks for your reply. 8K doesn't seem very large, but I will give that a try. :)
