Is anyone having problems with scheduled mailings not showing up on scheduled tab?

Hey all, we've had some reports of problems with the scheduling feature. In a couple of instances, folks have been sure they scheduled a mailing, but then they didn't see anything on the Scheduled tab, so they rescheduled it, only to find that the mailing was sent twice. Obviously the fix here is to double- and triple-check that campaigns page (manually refreshing it if necessary), but because this has happened separately on at least two occasions, I'm wondering if there may be an occasional problem with the scheduling tab not showing up. Anyone else having issues?

Hi Meaghan -- I don't know of any issues across the board with scheduling mailings. This does sound suspicious, though. I have your email address on file and will follow up to get some more details about the accounts affected here. Watch for my email! :)
