Is it possible to geo-target Canadian postal codes?

I would like to set up segments in a radius of a postal code, but the field only seems to accept 5 characters, which isn't enough for a Canadian postal code

Hey Aaron!

The postal code field is a short answer field so you should be able to add more than 5 characters. Can you please let me know the process you're taking to set up that field and the specific item that's causing you to only be able to add 5 characters? I'd love to dig in more to get you going!

When creating a geo-segment: "postal code within x miles of [text field]". The text field won't accept more than 5 characters. The actual records all have the correct post codes, I just can't segment by that field.

Hey Aaron!

I took a closer look and am able to replicate this limitation. I am going to request this as a feature for our developers to look at so that folks with longer postal codes can utilize this segmenting tool.

As a workaround, you can create a new contact field within the audience section ("within x miles of city"), manually log which contacts fit that description, and then segment via that new contact field. It won't pull in people based on their actual postal code - instead it will pull people in based on their contact record reflecting the new field you created.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention!
