Hi There!

There is not currently an option to pause or put an account on hold.  I can see that you have an agency account that is on our contact based plan.  You could reduce the number of contacts in that sub account so that the monthly invoice for that sub-account would decrease.  You can retire the account at anytime and then create a new sub-account when you are ready to start sending again. If you choose to do that, the sub-account would be starting from scratch so you would lose any mailings or response information that is currently in the account.  We do keep data on our system for 30 days from the day the account is retired.  After that 30 day period, the data is deleted from our system.

Feel free to reach out with any questions or if there is anything else I can do to help!

Hi Damian, I have a similar question: We have an agency account with 5 sub-accounts. One of them has been inactive for a while, as that client is currently not doing email marketing outreach. They may come back at some point, but in the meantime, I am wondering if we can take out that account or put it on hold? Or if that's not an option, I could export the contacts so that they could be re-imported and the account set up again at a later time. I'm looking for an option where I wouldn't have to pay each month while they're inactive.
