Is there a way to not use auto save? Some text was accidently deleted, but because of auto save a new copy was saved before I realized the info was gone, so I couldn't get the missing text back.  Using Firefox 40.0.3

Hey @MI247 - Grosse Pointe,

Did you try using the Undo/Redo buttons? They are located near the top of the editor window. They should work to allow you to backtrack your changes.

Let us know if that helps,
Kyle

Hi there -- I hate to hear that you lost some of your work. While there's no way to recover previous versions of a draft, I'm happy to take a look at that mailing to see if I can identify what went wrong. What's the name of the mailing you're working in?

The auto-save function isn't something we can turn off or modify. Do you remember using your browser's back button at any point while working in the mailing? Did you see any kind of error message while working or notice any strange behavior? Thanks!

Just to add to what Emily was saying, if for any reason you jumped out of a campaign after an edit was made or the page was reloaded, you Undo/Redo states are cleared. This could happen after an inactivity timeout or if you jumped into any other tool or page while you were editing.

Sorry you lost your changes.
