Is there a way to see the contacts added in a recent time period?

We don't have a CRM so we can't automatically sync with Emma. As a result, we will have someone periodically looking in Emma for the folks who have signed up via the website form.

Yes, I know there can be a per-signup notification. I'm wondering if there is internal record-keeping about new adds...

You might be able to address that by creating a segment for the contacts that were added recently. You would set up the date range (last week, last month, or actual dates, etc.) for the segment as well as the signup form method. Would that work?

Creating a segment gives you an easy way to see who has signed up within a certain date range.

Segments also refresh any time you open the segment (or any time send you send to it), ensuring the results are always current.
