I have a large number of contacts within our general contact list with that I would love to add to a new group at one time. Is there a way to "select all" and add to a group?

Hi there,

There is a way to select all in a list and copy them to another group! You can:

- Click into the group that you would like to copy
- In the Active tab look top left for the word "Take"
- To the right of that directly you can toggle the list from "selected contacts" to "all contacts"
- After the "and" click the Copy button

If you want a subset:
- Make sure that the page is displaying as many members as possible (up the count per page by using the Displaying button lower left towards the middle)
- Check the folks that you want to select from the page OR
- At the top left of the column headers, in the active tab, there is a check box.  Check that box and it will select everyone on that page
- Above that check box directly is the word "Take" and you'll leave the dropdown at "selected contacts" and click the Copy button

I hope this helps!
