mailto:johndoe@email.com?subject=subjectline?body=bodycontent seems to think the second ampersand should be an HTML entity and changes this to be a long, and unreadable subject line. we can live without the autopopulating feature of the body, but would like to keep it if possible.

Hi! Give this a try:

mailto:johndoe@email.com?subject=subjectline&body=bodycontent

This bit - & - is the HTML code equivalent of an ampersand. Granted it seems a bit counter productive since it begins with an ampersand, but it worked in my test. I tried with this link:

mailto:support@myemma.com?subject=test&body=testingtesting

That created an email the subject line "test" and "testingtesting" pre-populated. If you run into any trouble, let me know!

Here's how the code should look:

thank you Ben. Not sure what changed, but the ampersand isn't being converted to an html entity / string any longer. We were literally getting "subjectline&body=bodycontent" as a subject line. thanks again for the magic.

For my email blasts and UNSUBSCRIBE links at the bottom of the email blast, I want the original subject line to appear in the subject of the unsubscribe reply (or in the body).  I want to be able to identify which email blast resulted in the unsubscribe.

Hi Craig! I don't think we send unsubscribe replies. But You can access this info a couple different ways.
1) The campaigns response section, you can select the specific sent mailer and can see the opt outs and specifically who and when they opted out.
2) If you search the audience member in the Audience section of the Emma app, you can see specifically when and what mailer they unsubscribed from.

Hope this helps! Please let me know if anything else come up.
