Is there a way to get campaign response overview emailed directly in a certain time frame? Say I sent an email, can I then schedule a response campaign email to myself and/or the requestor 5 days later (for example)?

Hi!  Emma has a feature that you can turn on to receive a summary email of how your mailing is performing 72 hours after you send it out to your audience.  At this time, the 72-hour window can’t be adjusted, but it sounds like this is the feature that you’re looking for.  Here’s how you can turn it on:

1.  Click on the account settings button at the top right of your screen, then choose “Settings & billing”

2.  Select the “Notifications” tab, then check the box to turn on the results summary notification

This email will be sent to the same email address as your username.  I hope this helps!

Oh, one more thing I wanted to note!  The 72 hour email actually goes to the email address that we have on file for your account for password resets.  It’s possible that email may not match your current username.  Just an FYI for any one else who happens to take a look at this conversation.

If you’ll let me know the username for your account along with the email address that you’d like to use to receive those notifications, I’ll make that adjustment to your account.

Hi!  I’ve got this change applied to your account, so you should see those reports start coming into your enotes@kdfc.com address beginning with your next mailing.
