Is there a way to make replies to an emailer come back to multiple email addresses? I would like all of our staff - about 8 people - to see the responses. Thanks.

While you can use a unique email address for each campaign you send, there is not any way to direct replies to multiple email addresses. I suppose the best way to accomplish your goal would be to build a general mailbox for you and your colleagues, and then use that email address that everyone has access to as your sending email address. When you’re ready to change the default from email address, you can do that by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner, and selecting the settings & billing page. This page will be a handy reference as you make the change.

Will you be adding the component of having replies go to more than one email any time soon?

The ability to set replies to multiple email addresses is not currently on Emma's road map. That said, we're always open to ideas for future enhancements, and would love to hear more about how you envision using a muiltple reply-to option where you work. We just collaborated with a research company doing a clinical trial where we sent an email blast to our constituents inviting them to get involved, if they wished. We wanted the response to the invitation to come back to us and also go to the research company representative.  We do not wish to give the research company our entire database. The current result of our email blast is that the responses come back to us and we then need to take/make the time to forward the responses to the research representative.
