We have been facing issues with data storage post Myemma integration. While we are looking at increasing are data storage on salesforce, could you suggest a way by which historial records get auto deleted. Lets say a contact email response activity older than 3 months gets deleted on salesforce? Is there any such option to minimize data burden?

We have 27000 records and send 100,000 emails every month. Basis this, my emma integration will require 2.33GB of data storage annually. Is there a way we can delete historical records in an easy manner?
