Hello, I need to update the social links on a template I am using, but they appear to be hard-coded into my footer and I can't edit them. In case it is relevant: I'm running Chrome 64.0.3282.186 on Windows 10 with JavaScript and cookies enabled (Macromedia Flash not installed).

Hello!

We're happy to do any link replacement or text replacements to hard coded regions here in support!

Could you provide the exact name of the template you are needing the replacements on as well as the old link followed by your new social link?

I'll keep an eye out so we can get you taken care of on this.

Thanks!

Zach

Hi!

For anymore than 3 templates you would just need to visit myemma.com/revisions to have these edits made.

Feel free to just copy in the info you provided here and they will get back to you on this as soon as they're able.

Thanks!

Zach

Hi Zach, I just want to clarify - does it cost money to resolve this issue if more than three templates are involved? The link you provided lists price quotes.

Hi there!  There is sometimes a nominal fee for the time to do those changes.  You would get a quote to approve before any work was done.  :)

Hi Grey, if that is the case, can we just get two templates updated from you or Zach without going through the revisions page?

 - Newsletter Template 2018
 - Event Frame + Content (Summit)

As before, the links we need updated are:

Facebook
Old link: https://www.facebook.com/MobileGrowthFellowship
New link: https://www.facebook.com/MobileGrowthSummit

Twitter
Old link: https://twitter.com/mobileuagrowth
New link: https://twitter.com/myMobileGrowth

LinkedIn:
Old link: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/5106441/profile
New link: https://www.linkedin.com/company/10403992/

I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you both for being so responsive and timely on this issue.

Hi There,

No worries at all!

I've got both of your templates, Event Frame + Content (Summit) &  Newsletter Template 2018, updated with your new social links.

Feel free to have a look to make sure everything is working as expected!

Take care,

Zach
