I've just noticed that 3 of my mailings were not sent of the past month.

I see that the last three mailings on my account were marked as 'Sent to 0 recipients"...  

I have 85 groups with various amounts of contacts in each totally over 3k... How are my mailings being sent to 0 recipients?

I haven't received it yet.  I'm at a loss as to what the problem is.  Our Director's email is the contact email on file but he seems to have not seen anything and as we've not gotten anything at the webmaster email address yet this is irksome.

What exactly is the issue?  We've been billed and paid according to our book keeper. Why are you not sending our mailings?
