Just a moment... Why is Emma so slow today?

It's not our internet - we're getting 80mb
It's not my browser(s)
It's not just my computer

So why is Emma so slow today? Went for a meeting and it's still saving a copy of an email.

In the time it's taken me to write this, it's still not uploaded a single 106kb image.

It was fine Saturday, what's going on?

1 hour later - that 106kb image still hasn't uploaded!

Hey Key Blue, 

We're not having any issues on our end.  I just tested in my account and had some of my fellow supporters do the same and it's working fine, loading images, saving, navigating, etc.  

We've not had any other reports coming in either.

Here's the next things to look at: 

- What browser are you using?  
- Have you cleared the Cache and Cookies on the browser?  
- You may also want to try an incognito window (Chrome) or a Private Browsing Window (Firefox), to take any plugins out of the equation.  If everything is working better in one of those windows, you may look at disabling plugins or extensions from your browser.  
- You may need to check your network security and make sure communication with e2ma.net isn't being blocked or slowed.  

If you check all of those and still have issues, let me know the sub you're working in and the mailing and I'll see if I can recreate the issue here.

Hi Grey,

Suprisingly for the last hour it's been ok, but from 9am-12pm UK time it's been unusable.

I've tried:

- Chrome, cookies cleared
- Firefox, cookied cleared
- Incognito on Chrome
- Our network has been the same for the last 2 years

Could you check your monitoring to see if there has been any issues prior to your tests?
