It's been a terrific four years at Emma, with the last two focused on community engagement. It's time for me to take all this experience as your Community Engagement Manager on to the next role.

I'm so proud of what we've created here: We built Emma Community from nothing, constructing a space to collaborate on how to price services for your clients, improve your email open rates, create more compelling calls to action and, our constant refrain, get the right message to the right people at the right time. I've loved being your advocate, sharing your ideas with our Product Team, connecting your strategy questions with fellow smart marketers and escalating your important needs to our Support Team. It's been an honor.

I'll still be around in spirit, and I'm so excited that you're now in the capable, skilled, empathetic hands of Emily Hollingsworth at the helm. She'll definitely be a resource for me as I move on to a company called Buffer, serving as their Community Champion, and she and I are sure to keep meeting up for tacos and talking about our community. :) Feel free to connect with me on Twitter or LinkedIn, if you'd like, as I'd love for us to stay connected and continue learning from each other.

Thank you for your lessons these past years.

OH Katie! How bittersweet! I just get back from Italy, burning the midnight oil ramping back up with Emma doubles tonight, and I see your news...Wishing you so much more than the best dear! The one name I won't forget at Emma and now I have to learn a new one! Hope Buffer knows how lucky they are! Thanks so much for the encouragement and your positive words...and the swag! ;)
