Create a Known Issues Alert Section

I'd like to see a "known issues" section on the main dashboard so I can make more informed decisions around my sends. For example, knowing that there is a known issue with Split Testing (results not showing up in Google Analytics), I would have not sent a Split Test. Also, if there was a known issue surrounding Emma's Response feature (as there was today), I might have delayed sending out my email. Being in the loop will help users make more informed decisions.

Hi! We do update our status page when there are problems Emma-wide -- like known slow load times, a planned outage or if a page isn't working properly -- but we don't have a running list of bugs to share with customers for a couple reasons:

First, there are some really specific bugs that only happen if you do x, y and z. It's unlikely you'll run into them at all, but they're on our radar to fix. Sharing information like that could unnecessarily cause worry or alarm when Emma's actually stable.

Second, we do publish our release notes to keep you in the loop about what we're tackling. That won't necessarily help with knowing what's broken now, just being informed when it's fixed. But I recommend clicking to follow our release notes on this page so that you receive an email notification when we there's a new post.

I'm glad to help answer any questions about this -- Let me know!
