Lead Pages Integration Issue #3 - Please Help

Hi, I have set up a lead pages integration with my account.

When I sign up with my first test record it works and goes through fine. 

However, only 1 test record goes through. When I try to sign up with different/new records it does not add it to the group. 

Are you able to investigate this for me? What is the cause and why is this happening?

Thanks Laura - as you can see the first record goes into my account. But nothing else is added after.

Hey!

We tested it here and signed up three times from your LeadPages form and all three were added to the audience but with no group assignments.

We didn't replicate the experience with the first signup going to the group but not the subsequent ones.  I suspect there is just some aspect missing in the group assignment on the LeadPages side. Could you recheck your group set up on the LeadPages side? And if it still isn't working, check in with LeadPages support to check in on the set up there.

Ya it looks to go into "All Contacts" but not not into the specific group you want it to go in. 

You can see by the settings below I've selected it to go to a Specific Group - however it just goes into all Contacts. 

Do you know if this is the intended behavior when you built the integration? Or was it designed to be able to push people into a specific group rather than "All Contacts"
