Lightbox form not triggering on pages with query strings?

We have set up a lightbox form, and in the Display Details step, have it set to "Only the following pages" with three pages included:
https://www.forwardedge.org/about-us/employment/
https://www.forwardedge.org/about-us/?active=employment
https://www.forwardedge.org/about-us/

The first URL ("/employment/") is a WP permalink, but gets redirected to the second URL (the one with the query parameters).

The lightbox currently only pops up on the third page, the "/about-us/" URL (which is also a permalink, but no redirecting).  It will not pop up on either of the first two pages.  Those first two pages are what we need the lightbox on, not the third.

Do lightboxes not work when a URL has a query parameter included?  Or is there something else going on because we have a redirect?  Can you tell me what variable the javascript uses to detect which URL it has?

Thank you.

Hello!

I tried your first two links above and do see the redirect and query. Ultimately, the lightbox URL would need to be the end URL not the URL before redirect.

It may also be worth testing setting the lightbox to all pages although it sounds like you only want it on those specific pages.

The Javascript that is generated based on creating your lightbox form would be the extent in what I could provide:

ex: <script id="e2ma-embed">window.e2ma=window.e2ma||{};e2ma.accountId='1775191';</script><script src="//dk98ddgl0znzm.cloudfront.net/e2ma.js" async="async"></script>

I hope this helps clarify some things and let me know if I can answer any additional questions!

Thanks

Zach

I forgot to mention that we do have a services team that can typically provide custom implementations of our forms. Feel free to visit our form at myemma.com/services to inquire about this!

Thanks!
