My lovely lightbox looks great on myemma account page, but on the website, the right side padding is off. Have you encountered this before? Is there a code fix for it? The website is built in wp.

Hi there,

I can definitely see where the padding is off for your Lightbox form!  I jumped in your account and grabbed the code to do some testing on our test site and the Lightbox form displayed perfect.  See the below screenshot from my test:

When you dropped the code in your WordPress site, did you make any edits to the code for the form that is provided to you in Emma?  There could also be some conflicting CSS on the site that preventing the form from displaying properly and shifting the padding on the right side of the form.  I would suggest taking a look at the CSS on the site and see if there is a conflict.

Give that a try and let me know if you have any questions!

Do you have any suggestions as to what to look for in our website CSS? The code is copied correctly.

Hi there!

I am not too savvy with the CSS for websites, sorry I am not too much help there!  We do have a Technical Services team that would be happy to work with you to get the form looking right on your site.  If that is the route you would like to go, just give me a shout here and I will be happy to get that conversation started.

We're seeing this issue as well; the code was copied/pasted as-is with no edits.

Hey there! Similar to above, there seems to be some conflicting CSS on your site which is affecting the padding on the right side of the form. Digging into your CSS is going to be the key and as my colleague Damian mentioned, our Tech Services team can work with you on this; if that interests you, let us know!

Hi there Fuzzy Goat!  Hopefully someone has some more specific insight, but the above responses are going to be your best bet.  There is most likely some conflicting CSS on your site that's affecting that padding.  I would check in with your website dev to see if they can identify anything going on in the CSS that would be causing that.

We do have a technical services team that can help troubleshoot your site code for you.  If you're interested in getting a quote from them, let me know.

Else, if anyone who has had this issue would like to share their own experience in fixing this, it'd be super helpful!
