Is it possible to sync only Emma groups and members with SF, rather than syncing all emails and actions? Our list has about 20k people, and adding a record for each person every time we send an email has caused us to exceed our data limit.
Unfortunately, that's not a possibility with the Salesforce Integration. You can manually clear out the response data once it comes into Salesforce, but we currently don't have a way to limit what is coming in.
Thanks for the response. Definitely something you should consider; I am certain we are not the only ones with data capacity issues, and I imagine synching can be streamlined if there is less data to parse through. For now, we've had to uninstall the app to avoid overage charges.
We're running into the same issue. Our data usage is through the roof! We would like to potentially have just the last 60 days (or some other defined timeframe) sync regularly. So that in Salesforce, we only see the most recent results. We could always go to Emma if we wanted to dig deeper... please let me know if this concept is anywhere in the works. Thank you!
