Link in email going to "500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR"

I sent out an email today to 5,000+ customers only for the link associated with the image NOT to work. (It worked on preview and through a test email)

When you click on the image, you are directed to a "500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" >>

So now our paying customers are not able to access the page that the email was directing them to. Not good...

Hey there - thanks for reaching out!

Earlier this morning, there was an issue with Emma-hosted links directing users to an error page. Our engineers were able to identify and resolve the cause of that issue and a fix was put in place at 11:10am CDT. At this point, all links and Emma pages are going to be loading properly, including the example link you shared.
