I sent out an email today to 5,000+ customers only for the link associated with the image NOT to work. (It worked on preview and through a test email)

When you click on the image, you are directed to a "500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" >> https://t.e2ma.net/click/tl8isc/l77aot/xwvzq4

So now our paying customers are not able to access the page that the email was directing them to. Not good...

Hey there - thanks for reaching out!

Earlier this morning, there was an issue with Emma-hosted links directing users to an error page. Our engineers were able to identify and resolve the cause of that issue and a fix was put in place at 11:10am CDT. At this point, all links and Emma pages are going to be loading properly, including the example link you shared.

If you are still having any problems or you notice anything amiss, don't hesitate to give us a shout!
