My account logs me out after about a minute. It's crazy! I go to grab an image and I'm immediately logged out. No one else is logging into my account from anywhere else. It's so frustrating to do anything.

Hi there -- I took a look in your account. Your user permissions had been reset somehow which I believe was causing you to get stuck in a redirect loop...kicking you back to the log in page.

I've reset those permissions. Can you try logging in again and let me know if the problem persists? Thanks and so sorry for that inconvenience!

I would LOVE a one-hour auto-log-out setting; mine seems to be about five minutes and is often very aggravating. Can someone go in the back door and take a look at my account and possibly fix this?

Hey there, AGC! Emma's app logout is after one hour of non-usage, but we're hearing from some users that they're seeing much more frequent logouts, like your 5-minute window. I totally understand how frustrating that is! We're working to get to the bottom of why that's happening. It looks like you've already chimed in over in this Emma Community conversation where we're talking more about this. My teammate Paul will chime in there to see if he can help.
