login problem

My Emma mobile set doesn't work properly, whenever i switch on my mobile, the following message displays on screen :KS@867597020175441@emma-A3-A8@K581WP,YTU. could you please tell me what should I do?

Hi there, I'm not quite following what you're trying to do. 

While you can likely log in to Emma using a mobile device, our software is designed to be used from a desktop browser.  Not a smartphone or tablet.  So it's very possible that you could get an error message if you were logging in on a mobile device.
