Mailing scores for different types of audiences

Is there a way to compare mailing scores for specific industries or segments? For example, banking or non-profits? Informational vs. marketing? Boss likes mailing scores but wants to make sure we are comparing apples to apples.

Hey there,

Thanks for the feedback. Currently, the average mailing score factors in mailings across our entire customer base but we would love to introduce a way to segment this out so that you could drill down to your specific industry/market. We've also discussed the ability to:
  • Filter the score to mailings across Emma of similar audience sizes since a smaller audience can often mean better segmentation and thus more engagement
  • Compare scores per historical performance of a group/segment within your account
  • Compare to your account's historical average.
Just curious — would those ideas be interesting to you?

One thing we discovered while we were talking with customers ahead of our Metric release early this year is that a score, and the comparison points, can be really specific to each customer. I'm hoping that we can introduce some new features around the mailing score to make sure response is as valuable as possible. Nothing is planned at the moment, but as we look toward iterating response, this is on the list. Thanks again!
