I am having challenges getting the header image to scale. I thought I had it when I was working in Chrome. Then when I went to send a test message with that template it got hung up on "please wait". So I logged in with Firefox & the header is longer resizing in the preview. I have class="scale" in the td for the image & that isnt' working. Please help!
In Firefox it stays on "please wait" when I try to send a test message using this template. When I try to send a regular message I get an "internal server error" message box.

Ok, I've now achieved mobile friendly happiness with this template - at least it's resizing & rearranging as I specified when I view it in the preview in my account - YAY!
However, I'm still getting stuck on "please wait" when I try to send a test, and getting the "internal server error" when I try to send a regular email with this template. Still need some help getting this resolved.
Thanks,
Debbie

Hi Paul,
I was just trying to make a change to a sign up form & when I go to save my change I get logged out with this message:
"You were logged out of your account because of a CSRF token error. Try logging back in to correct the issue."
I'm including this here in case there's a bigger problem going on. Thanks!

Hi Paul,
Want to let you know I submitted a new post about the CSRF error & that is now solved.
However, I'm still not able to send using the new template. I just had the same problem sending a mailing with just placeholder content. It's on the drafts tab named "new WWC responsive template test"
Any help you can provide or direct me to would be much appreciated. I need to get this sorted out for my own account, then move on to creating some new templates for my clients asap.
Thanks!
Debbie

Hey Debbie, I just took a look at that template, and I'm recreating that error. I'm not able to pinpoint the exact problem, so I'm going to check in with some colleagues to see what's going on.

When I run into Internal Server Errors on review and send, I normally take a look at personalization tags first. At a glance, I didn’t notice anything wrong with any tags in the mailing or template, but you might start there if you’d like to take a look yourself.

I’ll post back here shortly with any new information!

Hi Paul,
Thanks so much for getting to this today. I don't have any personalization tags in the template, I'll check the mailing again.
fyi - I also get the error when I try to send a test with only the placeholder text.

Hi Paul,
Checking in on this. Is this something I should re-post as a problem? I need to move forward asap.
Thanks! Debbie

Hi Debbie -- Just checking in here to say that I'm closing this thread since we're working on this header image issue in another private conversation. I'll post an update there soon!
