Missing display rows on Campaigns, Audiences, and Response

A colleague cannot see the buttons where you can change how many rows of campaigns she sees.

We have cleared the cache (4 hours) and altered her screen resolution but cannot get the guide to appear. She is on a PC, Firefox 39. This seems to be a cross-browser issue. Below are the buttons I am talking about. 



Any ideas other than clearing the cache? Thanks.

Hey Liz,

I've tested on a PC using FF 39, and I'm able to see the buttons you're describing. Has your colleague tried either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome (if installed)?  I also tested with Google Chrome 43 with the same success. I'm on Windows 8, if that makes any difference.

Thanks Lipscomb :) She had IE 8, so we fixed that problem and upgraded her to IE 11. I may go clear her cache again "forever" and see if that does the trick in Firefox. 

I could not replicate the issue in Firefox, Google or IE, so I am not sure what is going on.
