Are content modules inserted with the Drag and Drop editor responsive?  Mine don't seem to be so am wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

Hi Kin Lo,

Any of Emma's templates with the drag and drop regions will be mobile responsive- the only templates you'll find in your account that aren't mobile responsive (unless you have non-mobile-optimized custom templates) are the Upload Your Own HTML templates.

Mobile responsiveness would apply to the entire template, including the content in the drag and drop regions, and dictates that content should be stacked vertically and fit 100% of the screen width when the email is being displayed on a screen that is 480px or narrower.

Please let me know what you're noticing in your mailings- if you're able to post any screenshots, that would be super helpful. I'd love to take a look so we can figure out what might be happening.

Thanks so much!

Hi Kin Lo,

What is the name of the mailing in question there, and what specific device and mail application are you opening it with? I'd love to do some testing around this.

Thanks!

I'm having a similar issue. I created my HTML using the drag and drop editor, but it's not responsive in Apple Mail. I also sent it to a gmail address, and it is responsive there, but the issue with Apple Mail has me questioning which other platforms will have the same problem with responsiveness.

Hi Heather!

We wouldn't expect Apple Mail on your computer to be responsive.  The Mobile-Responsive code that we add in to our templates are are for mail programs on mobile devices, not desktops.  For your Apple mail, you'd need to widen out your preview window.
