We have multiple email addresses for some specific contacts. If we have the email addresses separated by a comma, will Emma be able to send it to both of them? Or does each email have to be entered individually, which would create two contact entries for one person. (i.e. Jared Delong at jared@bothhands.org and Jared Delong at jared@gmail.com)

Hey there!

You can only use one email address per contact record- the email address is the unique contact identifier within Emma, so each email address would need to exist in a separate contact record. We would definitely recommend being careful when adding multiple email addresses for a single contact though, as each email address will receive a separate email if they are both included for a mailing, so it may become difficult to avoid duplicates!

Thanks much, and I hope this helps!
