multiple glitches lately - text color box, changes not being saved, code in title box messed up

Over the past 2-3 weeks, I have experienced a number of problems while composing emails.

 • I'll lead with the big one: TWICE today, I have lost about 15 minutes of work because the program is no longer saving changes automatically.
 • "Undo" does not function -- I have a CTRL-Z reflex when I make a mistake, and typically when happens when I hit that is that the most recent thing I did remains in place, but a previous action is undone.
 • in the text color pop-up, when i start typing a hex code, it only takes the first character before returning focus to the email composition pane. So if I start typing, e.g., FF8F00, I get: F for the color, then at the cursor position my selected text is replaced by F8F00.
 • in the title box (directly under the header image) i'm getting code that looks like this: <span class="e2ma-style" style="font-size: 24px; font-family: "Trebuchet MS","Lucida Sans","Lucida Grande","Lucida Sans Unicode",Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;" trebuchet="" ms",="" "lucida="" sans",="" grande",="" sans="" unicode",="" geneva,="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">I've had only moderate success in overwriting this. About half the time it takes, and the other half it's replaced by similar garbage & the text is all displayed in 12px green Arial.

Hi There,
I hate to hear that you are encountering trouble in the editor! I just jumped into your most recent campaign and tried to recreate the behavior that you listed and was unsuccessful in most of my attempts. Could you try to clear your cache and cookies and then see if the autosave and text color popups start to work as expected?

With not being able to use CTRL-Z in the editor, the undo function that we have in the editor is the revert to button, which autosaves versions of the campaign for you to freely toggle between, so that is what you would want to rely on for an undo.

Can you explain the code in the title box more for me? Are you trying to edit that code, or are you manually typing all of that style code in?

I'll be looking for your reply!
