Multiple buttons in my email redirect to the same URL and so it is showing all of my links have the same number of clicks. Howe do I track this so I can see what they are clicking on?

We did one email the way we always have and the stats showed every link had the same number of clicks, so then we tried to differentiate the links with the Google link builder parameter and now it is not tracking any of it.

Looking at the campaign "Hot_Docs_Feb_v2" I'm seeing this, specifically for the contact us links.

Because the link included is being read as across all links, it's showing the same clicks for each item. This is also the reason you may see nested green circles in your click maps.

I'm not clear on why Google would not be tracking these links individually, but may be worth looking into your campaign as a whole at the GA site:

In any case I'll certainly add you to our ongoing research on the link reporting showing the same number of clicks for the same link.

Our goal here is certainly to be able to display clicks per link / button / image instead of a flat amount of clicks and our engineers are working toward this!

I know this can be confusing to parse at first so let me know if I can help answer any questions!
