Cleaning House! I want to know if there is a way to run an overall report as to when people open their emails. I know how to look up history, but would like to do an overall to see say if someone has not opened an email in two-three years, delete them. Is there a way to do this without digging into each person individually?

Hi there!

There is definitely a way to find those inactive contacts by creating segments. You can easily create a segment based on response history to identify contacts who have received your emails but have not opened it, over a given time period -- then you can just delete the entire segment from all groups and your audience. You can find specific details on creating a response history segment here.

Just remember that opens are not a rock-solid tracking number because some folks might receive the plaintext versions of your emails (and not click any links). So it's very possible that some people who show up in your non-responder list will have received your emails; they just haven't ever seen your images or clicked any of your links.

I hope this helps and feel free to give me a shout with any additional questions!
