My Globally Share button and Share with specific accounts is no longer visible

This problem started last Friday. I manage two admin accounts and in both I can no longer share templates with specifics accounts. The Globally Share button is missing too. I tested on different browser (Chrome, IE and Safari) and had the same results. The last update I performed on the browsers was last month. I don't think this caused the problem since MyEmma worked perfectly until last week. Any advice on how I can fix this?
