I created a survey in the form of an RSVP. My first email to list members went well. Now it's time to follow up with a reminder. I was setting up a reminder email to my list members and sent myself a test. Upon clicking on the RSVP button (which goes to the RSVP I originally created) it sent me to the "thank you" page of the RSVP as if I answered the necessary questions. Do I assume that if list members have already RSVP'd and attempt to do so again that they will be taken to the "thank you" page? I want to ensure that list members who have not RSVP'd have the ability to do so. I want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. I know I could probably segment my population. I just haven't been able to figure that out yet due to time constraints.

Hi Joseph -- Great question! You're not doing anything wrong. Those survey links become personalized went sent out through Emma, so anyone that has already taken the survey will be directed to that Thank You page when clicking that survey link again. You could host the survey link on your website or Facebook page and direct people to that link in your reminder email. Since the link isn't being sent through an email it will remain public and be fresh for each visitor.

I hope this helps!!

Hey Joseph -- Just a heads up that I changed the subject line here so that other users with the same question can find this conversation more easily!

Greetings!  I followed the directions and made the survey link available on our website, but it's not letting me take it multiple times.  Could it be an issue with my website?

You'll still need to use a different browser or clear browser cache and cookies before being able to take that survey again freshly. Posting the link publically will make that link fresh for anyone who had previously visited/taken the survey via the personalized link in their email or has never taken the survey before.

Let me know if that doesn't work for you!
