I accidentally retired the wrong account. I've read through the posts and it looks like it can only be done by someone at MyEmma. Please let me know what information you need. I really appreciate your help!

Hey There,

I saw your post and wanted to hop in and help. Our normal support hours are Monday-Friday but I happened to see your note and thought I could hop in and give you a quick hand.

I jumped in and Re-Activated Middleton Family Wines. You should be able to see that in your Accounts page now. (Menu>Accounts).

Hope this helps you out. If you need further assistance, we'll be back in the office Monday at 5 a.m. US Central and would love to help then!

Hey, DeAndre!

Thank you SO much, except the account I need to reactivate is "Cadaretta." (It's a Middleton Family Wines account. Can you deactivate Middleton Family Wines and re-activate Cadaretta?

With much appreciation–especially for responding beyond normal support hours!!
