Network Maintenance, Tuesday 12/5 at 11PM CST

Howdy folks!  

What?
We’re planning to perform a little database maintenance and replace some hardware in our data center.

When?
Tuesday night, Dec 5th at 11PM CST until 12AM CST.

Impact?
There will be some brief interruptions of the Emma Application during that time.  

If you're working late in the evening on Tuesday night, perhaps take a break, stretch your legs a bit, and grab a cup of coffee, and we'll be back shortly.

Is this database maintenance impacting the system yet today? I just launched an email to over 65,000 recipients and it is not launching or showing response details. See snip below.

Hey there!   The response delays we're seeing are not tied specifically to that maintenance.  It is a separate issue that we're working on currently.

We'll keep that up to date as we get more information!

Hi Grey, just checked and the MyEmma status page indicated "All Systems Go", but I am still getting the data processing delays error message in my response screen. Want to make sure there is not a glitch with our email.

Nope, everything with your email should be fine.  We were still having some response delays yesterday that are all caught up now.  

I went ahead and popped into your account to take a look and it does look like it's populated now, so we should be good to go!
