Hi there - I took over two newsletters we send out through emma in classic editor. We had custom templates created and I would edit within the templates and send without issues. Now, with the new editor, I can't edit within the editor without a host of issues popping up, including bold words unbolding, links unlinking, formatting issues, etc. The workaround we found was to create the text in Word, copy and paste into our intranet as a blog post (grabbing the HTML), re-posting into word and changing the spacing and margins, REPOSTING again into our intranet, underlining each link and then posting in emma. This is obviously not fun or simple to do, and if I have any changes I have to start the process over again. I'm not great at HTML but I understand the basics. I tried copying and pasting the text into editpad per another post I read, but it removes all of our formatted text and links. Can someone walk me through a better process, if possible? I use Firefox Version 32.0 and I've included a screenshot. Thank you!
