For a few days now, the editor has been so slow and buggy I can't complete a mailing in a timely manner. Toolbars take forever to appear, mailing takes so long to save. Formatting is wonky, auto suggest email addresses aren't working, test emails don't work half the time. Takes forever to see a preview. It's not my intenet connection or computer as other pages are just fine. Help! I've gotten the "Emma page unresponsive" a couple times now too.

I've noticed the site running slow lately as well, along with some strange activity in my templates with an image box getting placed in  the bottom of my template when I log back in. I have to continually remove this image box. Moving from tab to tab (audience, campaign, etc.) has been super slow as well.

Hi there -- The reappearing image placeholder at the bottom of your mailing sounds like it could be a row that needs to be turned off. Are you familiar with the Rows feature? You can turn rows on at the top or bottom of your mailing to span the width of multiple columns in your mailing. If you decide you no longer want that row, you need to turn it back off rather than deleting the content in the row.

I took at look at your most recent draft and can see that both the top and bottom row are indeed turned on. If you're not using those or the right column that you have turned on, I suggest turning them back off to ensure more consistent rendering in your recipients' inboxes.

Hi Western Energy Institute -- Thanks for letting us know. I definitely understand your frustration with things running slowly in the application. We were seeing high traffic volume on one of our databases this morning and have been monitoring that all day. Have you seen the slowness or any of the resulting issues improve this afternoon? Thanks!
