New Home page shows high-level performance stats

We've released a new Home page in a handful of accounts, and we'd love to hear what you think of it and how your team is using it.

For those who don't yet have it, you will in the coming months! Let us know below if you'd like it sooner rather than later, and we'll add you to an upcoming batch of accounts being given access.

Here's what you can look forward to:

The Home page is an at-a-glance look at your account's performance, with high-level numbers for the calendar month.



You can also see the last 45 days of completed mailings, their thumbnails, when they were sent, the mailing scores and other response data.



Home is only available to direct, standalone accounts with Emma. For those users with agency or organizational accounts, you already have a summary page similar to this that details your sub-accounts' activity.

Hi, all! We're still rolling out the new Home page throughout this spring, and I'm excited to share some new screenshots with you, as we've just made some updates since the above screenshots I shared in February. I think it's pretty slick, and I hope you like Home when we add it to your account, too.

In this new version, we've updated the top bar to look a little more "Emma":



The same goes for the links to the side:



Here's how a completed mailing now looks on Home (this example is from a welcome note I sent to some new Emma Community members!):



Clicking that subject line takes you to the mailing's response overview.

Hello there! Home has been on for our direct accounts for awhile now, and we're soon to turn it on for tiered accounts' clients: On July 24, we're turning on Home for all sub-accounts.

We emailed tiered account owners today about this, but I wanted to make sure you got the news here in the community, too. :)

Hello! Love the Home screen for all my sub accounts. Although there is a glitch: when I log into an individual account & try to click on another menu item from the Home screen I get logged out (by menu item I mean Audience or Campaign, etc). When I log back in I do get to the screen I was trying to get to. But I have a couple clients so far that are frustrated about getting logged out. Could you pass this on to the teck support folks to get this resolved? Thanks!

What happened to the home page stats? I'd use the graph on the response page, but the numbers are different. Now, it looks like my open rate went down.
