New lightbox form not showing as option for automation workflow

I created a new lightbox form and want to set up an automation workflow to send a welcome email. When I try to set up the workflow, however, the lightbox form does not appear as an option in my list of signup forms.

The lightbox form is set to Active, but it has not been added to my website yet. Is this the problem? Or is it something else?

Hi there!

Before the Lightbox form will show up as a source option for a signup trigger, you'll need to make sure that you've clicked on the button "Save & activate" on step 8 of 8 of the Lightbox form editor.  Once you've done that, the name of the form will appear as an option to select when creating that workflow.

Yes, I had done that - that's what I meant by the form being active. I went and did it again, though, and now it shows up. Thanks for the help.
