New Segment not showing up as an option to send to. Why?

I created a new Segment. When in the final stages of sending the email where I pull in the list to send it to,  the segment does not show up when I begin typing it in the Recipients field or when I click on the little person with a plus-sign next to the "Choose Recipients" field.Why can't I find my segment? I'm on Google Chrome and a co-worker looked on theirs on Firefox and we both can't find each others segments.

Hi there! Sorry you're running into trouble, but I can definitely shed some light here.

You are running into a bug where on the Review & Send page, the number of segments displayed is capped at 500 -- this is why your New York, New York MNF  segment wasn't showing up on that screen. I wanted to let you know that our developers are actively working on a fix here, and I will be sure to post on this thread when the issue is resolved.

As a workaround, I was able to copy that segment to a new group (titled Support - New York, New York MNF ) -- then on the Review & Send page, that new group displays as an option to send to. This means that while we're working on a fix, you can plan to use that workaround. For a visual aid, you can take a look at this Resource Center article and follow the steps to copy contacts to a new group.

You should have the information you need to get sending, but please let me know if you have any questions on this!
