New Segmenting System Issues

I just got a notification from a chat bubble (side note: how do I get back to that chat after I navigate to a different page?) about the new segmenting by response history to a specific mailing. I was excited that this was finally being implemented. Alas, my excitement was premature.

It allows segmentation when someone "has" done something, but not "have not" i.e. I still can't segment by people who HAVE NOT opened a specific mailing.

This is Cody with Emma's Product team. I'm sorry our latest updates didn't include the feature you were looking for! We do plan to support the kind of "have not" received/opened/clicked segmentation that you're describing, but the segment logic required to do so is a little more complex, and will take a bit more time.

Would you mind telling me what you were hoping to achieve with such a segment? Were you hoping to send a mailing to people who did not open it the first time?

Hi 59E59 -- Just checking in here to see if you have any additional information to share with Cody. He's pretty much a direct line to the folks that are working on the segmenting feature, so don't hesitate to share your use case here! :)
