No response activity 1 week later

Last week we sent our regional emails, and one called "CO Aug 2016 Newsletter" does not appear in any of our Response data, or even appear to be Sent. I'd thought maybe we forgot to schedule it, but upon reviewing our Google Analytics, on August 3rd a typical amount of activity on our website has occurred with the "CO Aug 2016" parameters. So, I'm confident the email was sent, but simply doesn't appear that way within our Emma dashboards.

Any thoughts on how to get reporting on this email?

Thanks,

Dorothy Ponton

Hey there Dorothy,

I took a look in our back-end here and I'm not seeing any record of that mailing having been sent, save for 2 test sends, that last of which was at 4:34 on 8/3, which is also the timestamp showing as the last edit made on the Campaign in your unsent folder.

Is it possible that someone forwarded one of those test mailings out to folks, thus creating the bump in your Google Analytics numbers?  Or that the same tagged link could have been used for another mailing?  I'm just throwing out ideas as to why you would see the Google Analytics numbers you were, but from our end it does not show that you've sent that mailing out through Emma to a wide audience.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Grey, thanks for your follow up. I checked in with our Outreach team, and we didn't sent that email after all :-| The analytics I saw were for August of last year!!!

So, we've got some training to do around who sends which email each month. Also I am completely fascinated that hundreds of people clicked to our website from last year's email.

Cheers,

Dorothy
