Uploaded new contact sheet and not all contacts have imported. When you count the updates (1558) and new contacts (732), it does not equal the total count on the spreadsheet (2925). It is not showing any duplicates or skipped rows.
Hi there! The numbers that show on the Imports screen don't necessarily add up to the grand total that was on your sheet. It's possible that there were contacts on your sheet that did not fit any of the criteria showed there.
They weren't new, updated, duplicated, or skipped.
So long as your spreadsheet fits these criteria, it's imported everyone:
1. Your spreadsheet is only one PAGE 2. The email addresses you're importing are only on one column of the spreadsheet (you can have other addresses in the sheet, but you can only import one column of email addresses) 3. The import doesn't show ERROR after import
None of those are applicable here. Only one page. Only one column. No error after import. They have always matched before. I've used My Emma for years. This is the first time they have not matched. I cannot take it at face value that they all imported when the system is showing me otherwise.
