Not getting email notifications for messages

I scheduled a mailing and requested that I be emailed when the mailing went out. I did not get emailed. This has happened before - at least 2ce in the last month or so. I never had this problem before. What's going on? (my email works)

I'm sorry for the unexpected issue! I do know that there's a bug in our platform in which the heads-up notification email won't send if you don't allow your address to tokenize, and I'm wondering if that's what you're hitting.

What it means is when you type in your address and click Enter, the address doesn't "take." Here's how it first looks:



And once I hit the Enter/Return key:



The address has tokenized when the green bubble appears. Sometimes if you're moving quickly, the bubble will appear and you'll click the Schedule it! button thinking all is well. I suggest clicking Enter/Return to tokenize and then taking a moment to scan over the Review & Send page to make sure all is well before clicking to schedule. That may sound weird, but it gives Emma a chance to catch her breath.

I'm having the same issue, but I also have not been receiving the response summary regularly. I will make sure my email "tokenizes" when I schedule it, but how do I ensure I receive my response summary?

Hi there -- Are you referring to the 24 hour email? If so, you'll want to double check the addresses you have listed to receive notifcations in the notifications tab of the settings & billing section of your account. If all looks good there, please check your spam folder to see if the notifications are getting stuck there. If you find them there, you can make sure that your sender address is on your safe sender or contact list to better ensure that those come through.

I'm happy to report that this bug, regarding the heads up email not sending unless the address is tokenized, is fixed! Thanks for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue. :)
