NOT SYNCING CORRECTLY: Our Salesforce #'s are different than our Emma Group #'s

We recently integrated our Salesforce CRM with Emma. We noticed that the number of people in a certain classification in Salesforce is different from the number we imported into the Emma Group. (i.e. ALL CAPE COD in Salesforce is 80 in Salesforce Emma it is 77 and in Emma Online it is 74) Can you help us with this issue?
