We have an employee who has opted back in to our mailings three times and still hasn't been receiving the messages. Can you advise how to get them back on our mailing list?

Sorry to hear this! Are they trying to opt in by entering their information through your signup form? If so, they'll want to make sure to click the link to confirm their opt-in from the email they receive.

If they're still displaying in your audience as being opted out, will you please forward to us at support@myemma.com an email from them requesting to be opted in? We can get them added.

They ended up finding an original message from some time ago that allowed them to opt in.

So in the future, if someone needs to opt back in, what's the best way to do that?
