Is there a report that shows me a full list of opt outs for all emails? And is there a report that shows a full list of people that have managed their prefrences?

We are new to Emma and I am trying to see the difference between how many people are actually clicking on manage their preferences vs. how many are choosing the global optout option.

Hi Chanee!

There are a couple of ways you'll be able to find out your opt-outs and folks that have managed their preference.

Your opt-outs still exist in your Audience under the Opt-out status tab.  If you're looking to generate a list or report of all contacts that have opted out the easiest way is to hit the View All button on your Audience page, then hit the opt-out tab.  This will present you with all opt-out contacts in your account, if you'd like to export that into a spreadsheet you can go ahead and hit "Export list."  What this won't show you is the specific email that each contact opted out of.  For a macro view of your opt-our rates you'd be looking to use our Performance Summary in Compare Mailings.

There are a couple of ways you can find out who has previously managed their preferences.  If you just want a quick idea you can use the "Recent Activity" view on your Audience page which will let you see folks that have managed their preferences in the last 7 or 30 days.  Alternatively, if you were looking find those that may have managed their preferences outside of that timeframe your best bet would be to use the Segment builder to create a segment based on [Signup/manage prefs history].  If you haven't yet acquainted yourself with our Segment Builder, it might be worth taking a look at our guide from our Resource Center here first.  Again, this will provide you with a list that you'll be able to export, but it's not going to show you which specific email those contacts managed their preferences, it's also not going to show contacts that clicked on that link but did not update their preferences.

I hope that helps!  Let me know if you have any more questions on this :)
