outgoing email server

Emails to customers using a particular local ISP are getting blocked consistently. The ISP asked me for Emma's outgoing email server information, so they can ensure that they're not blocking them. (Clearly they are, since I see all emails sent to their server constantly blocked). Can you help?

The following link to our Resource Center goes over the technical details of our sender info, along with how this can be used to ensure emails from Emma are delivered (what we call whitelisting).

While whitelisting is normally used when sending to an email server within your company or organization, your local ISP could also make use of this info.
