Password protect documents linked in email

Make it possible to assign a password to each person on our list then require a password to open a document assigned to a link.  We are a private club so our emails are not cold calls, they are to people that belong to our club.  We have found it helpful to send them member rosters and other sensitive documents  using Emma (as Emma allows us to send out emails to a large number of people).  However, those documents can now be found through Googling certain phrases, etc.  We did not realize this until someone Googled a member name and found our member roster online.  This is sensitive material, with names, addresses, phone numbers and emails.  I called and there is no way to make those links password protected if we need to.  If I cannot communicate with my members via Emma then this presents a problem.  We take votes through Emma as well.  Please consider adding passwords as an option and also an option to not allow sharing of certain emails.  Thank you.

Hi, Tina - In the interim, you may be interested in checking out some file sharing sites that have password protection. This looks like a great article on the topic:

Awesome idea, Barbara! I chatted with our Editor Team's product owner, and we don't plan to pursue our own password protected documents.
