Our pause mailing feature allows you to easily pause a mailing that's already in progress; this is helpful if you’ve noticed an error in your mailing right after pressing send, for example. You can read more about pausing a mailing at the bottom of this page from the Resource Center, but here are the steps involved:
On the Response page, look for your mailing’s name listed as “In progress” and “Sending”.
Click on the downward-pointing arrow to the far right.
Choose “Pause this mailing”.
As a note, you may not always see the “Pause this mailing” option on your mailing; this may be because your mailing completed its delivery too quickly to pause it.
